Behind our brand is María Julio, a national barista judge whose experience represents the essence of our team of professionals in different areas of coffee.

We select green coffee directly from producers, farmers, and indigenous people who cultivate exceptional beans with dedication and expertise.
In our roasting laboratory in Cartagena,
we design specific curves to highlight each flavor profile according to the process (washed, honey, natural, and experimental).
The journey ends at our café and extends to the customer’s home.
