At María Julio Coffee Shop, we are the first specialty coffee academy in Cartagena, focused on training baristas and coffee lovers.
Led by María Julio, a certified barista and national judge of coffee championships in Colombia, we have a team of trainers certified by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). Our courses combine theory, practice, and sensory analysis to understand coffee from its origin to the cup, with skills applicable to the industry and the conscious enjoyment of coffee.
